Incredible experience every visit. It certainly made Valentine’s Day that much more memorable! Always highly recommend!

My husband Rick surprised me by making reservations at Anthony's Chophouse for our 20th anniversary. The food, drinks, and atmosphere were great, and the complimentary champagne and dessert were appreciated, but what really made the night extra special was the Glass Chimney Room. We used to go to the Glass Chimney restaurant a lot, and even had our wedding dinner there. We especially loved the old bar, which is now upstairs at Anthony's Chophouse. When Rick told Sonya, the Event Coordinator, how much the bar meant to us, she arranged to let us have the bar to ourselves for a cocktail before dinner. Everyone there that night went above and beyond to make it a night we'll never forget. Thank you to everyone at Anthony's Chophouse!

My fiancé and I had dinner here on Valentine’s Day and were super excited to try this place based on all the good things we’ve heard. We were very impressed! The entire staff from front to back were superb! Very friendly and very attentive. We had Jason as our server and he was excellent. We will be requesting him going forward for future reservations. Evan from management and the hostesses were also great. Highly recommend dining here!

Set in the heart of Carmel, this restaurant offers a polished and confidently upscale dining experience that feels well suited to the town’s refined sensibility. I visited before a nearby concert, and from the outset the evening unfolded with an ease and professionalism that immediately set a positive tone. The ambiance is one of the restaurant’s strongest assets: modern, elegant, and thoughtfully designed without feeling cold or overdone. Service was exceptional throughout—attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. Our server’s recommendations were consistently sound, lending a reassuring sense of trust to the meal. The snowshoe crab starter proved an excellent choice for sharing, generously portioned and well prepared, striking a satisfying balance between indulgence and restraint. All entrées at the table were steaks, underscoring the kitchen’s focus and ambition. My ribeye provençal was flavorful and well executed, though in hindsight I would have followed the server’s recommendation on temperature, as a slightly different preparation may have elevated it further. While the steaks were uniformly good, the particular cut I received did not quite reach the level of distinction suggested by the setting. Sides are designed for sharing, which encourages a convivial table experience, though the squash arrived a bit firmer than ideal. On a brighter note, the cocktail program is strong, and the champagne selection complemented the meal beautifully, reinforcing the restaurant’s upscale aspirations. Taken as a whole, this is a very fine dining destination in Carmel—stylish, well serviced, and thoughtfully curated. While a few elements fell just short of excellence, the overall experience remains a memorable and enjoyable one, particularly well suited for a special evening out before a performance or celebration.

We went here on whim, looking to have a nice dinner just the two of us and it turned out to be an excellent decision. My Ribeye Provencale was excellent, as well as my wifes Frenched Lamb Rack. Before eating them, we were told to choose our weapons and a wooden box was presented with a collection of steak knives, a nice touch. The sides (Twice-Broiled Yukons and Roasted Brussels) complemented them well and were quite abundant. The prices are steep, but Anthony delivers value for the money, so no complaints here

I made a reservation here for my birthday, and it exceeded all of my and my guest’s expectations. Our server, Jacob, answered all of our questions and was extremely kind (I joked that this was NOT Texas Roadhouse and how I didn’t understand why grass-fed would be better). I ordered the grass-fed filet with bleu crust, my guest ordered the ribeye with the mushroom marsala, and we shared a side of the frites. They came out with a box full of fancy steak knives for us to choose to cut our steaks with. We could not stop laughing because every bite I couldn’t stop smiling because it was so so delicious. Jacob offered the bourbon bread pudding on the house because it was my birthday, and it came out with a lit candle and everything. I couldn’t have had a better experience and I will definitely be returning.

Excellent food - all the meats and seafood cooked to perfection, very friendly staff, venue has very tall ceiling and lots of natural light. Definitely a special occasion restaurant. Child friendly too.

Jason, thank you for making our first experience at Anthony’s incredible. This was on Valentine’s Day and both my fiancé and I first visit. We had a reservation and got sat upstairs where we had Jason as our in house expert for the evening. He provided excellent service and shared his knowledge & love for the food he gets to share with us all. Thank you! Also, Thank you Sarah!
